Oh mate, the steaks were an absolute banger, best I've had in ages! The breakfast lady Vicky was a star, making our little one giggle. Plus, the restaurant's got some cracking views that really set the scene for a fab meal.
My room had a right mess – blood-stained pillow and mouldy velux windows. The shower pressure was more like a drip, and don’t get me started on the flimsy sink tap and freezing bathroom radiator. Not grand for a posh stay.

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and offers a stunning view from the dining area. the room felt dated and lacked proper cooling, making it uncomfortably warm. While the breakfast provided a good selection, I found the dining options to be overpriced. Improvements in room maintenance and dining prices could greatly enhance the overall experience.

Enjoyed our two-night stay with the family, especially the fun we had at the bowling alley and on the golf course. The spa services like massage and sauna were a great way to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but we still left feeling happy and relaxed! 😊

Target audience needing better standards
The views around were stunning, overlooking the lake which was breath taking and the staff were generally pleasant, specially this woman at breakfast who offered us more than what was in the menu, just made everything feel more personal for us.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was tolerable for the experience provided.

Great Value with Outstanding Service
We enjoyed our three-night stay in a Standard Twin Room. Staff interactions, especially at the reception, were genuinely warm. Dinner was delicious, and the boxed lunch was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the spa area could use an upgrade. Worth a visit!

The golf course at this place is quite challenging yet incredibly fun. both my hubby and I really enjoyed our time there. the sanitiser points throughout the hotel made us feel safe during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options available.

I had a pleasant time overall, but some details stood out clearly. The location is beautiful, surrounded by scenic landscapes, perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious and clean, really liked the comfortable bed. Dining offered a variety of choices, and the breakfast selection was decent, however, I found a lack of pastries some mornings. The staff were friendly, but service could be slow at times. for instance, it took a long while to get food at the restaurant due to the busy schedule. I faced issues with the pool as it had restrictions that weren’t communicated well beforehand. The gym equipment looked outdated, it desperately needs refurbishment. the bar prices felt way too high for the quality served.

Stunning Views and Attentive Service
I was delighted by the breathtaking views of the beautiful countryside and the impeccable service from the staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and a diverse selection of local produce, which added a special touch to our stay. the spa facilities could use some maintenance.

The hotel is nestled in stunning countryside, making for a picturesque setting. The lounge area offers ample, cozy seating by a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The lifts showed signs of neglect, with one out of service and the other barely operating, leading to frustration during peak times. Spa access felt limited, with a hefty £20 fee for just two hours that felt rushed rather than relaxing. outdated furniture and cleanliness were issues, with reports of dirty carpets and unkempt decor. the establishment carries a vibe that can be more tired than inviting.
